Lenders Likely to Order Last Minute Credit Report Before Closing on Mortgage
Be careful with any new major purchases or debt previous to closing. Any additional expenses or new debt previous to closing could affect your debt to income-ratio upon which you were originally approved for the loan. This could either delay your closing or cause the deal to fall through altogether.

I-70 Zipper Lane to Alleviate Ski Traffic
On May 7th, the Colorado House has approved and sent to the governor a bill that could reduce weekend traffic jams on Interstate 70. This bill would allow the state to set up a "zipper" lane on weekends, using movable concrete barriers to temporarily add an extra eastbound lane.

On may 2nd, 2010, with the 286 foot long light rail bridge installed over West 6th Ave, west of Denver the Denver to Golden light rail line is one step closer to completion.

The public administrators list is a publicly available list that has estate properties for sale that are going through probate court. In light of certain disputes, the court appointed public administrator's job is to manage the properties and sell them. Apartment Rents Increase Across West & South
Rents increased for the first time since 2008. The average asking rent rose to $943 from $932. This could be attributed to a tiny uptick in the rate of unemployment on the national level. 27.6% Increase in Homes Under Contract April 2010 Compared to April 2009
For the Denver area, the $8,000 tax credit seems to have helped spurn a 27.6% increase in properties under contract April 2010 compared to April 2009. There were 6,616 homes under contract last month. This is helping the market come back.
